In this study we present the design and implementation of the program ERAGIN of the UPV/EHU, university teacher training in active teaching methodologies. It will present the theoretical underpinnings of the program, training design, difficulties encountered, and the questions we ask in the future. The results that have been obtained on the evaluation of the program by participants and faculty educational change are encouraging in terms of design effectiveness based on mentoring. Taken together, these results encourage us to think that this is a training program capable of responding to the challenges and social commitments of our University.
