Improving school-university collaboration in initial teacher training practicum through "expanded collaboration" spaces

We present some results from a project aimed to improve school/university collaboration in initial teacher training practicum through "expanded collaboration" (collaboration beyond the teacher tutor/university tutor/student triad). Six schools participated in the project, and spaces of expanded collaboration were developed in all of them. According to the participants’ views, the project improved the quality of practicum and enhanced student teachers’ learning.
