Objective: To analyze the perceptions of students on the implementation of the Pedagogical Project Course (PPC), on health with a flexible structure. Method: Qualitative research - documentary analysis and the narratives of students. Results: The flexibility of the PPC built from the local reality and the integrating strategies of teaching, service and community, expanded an access to university education to students that work and gave opportunities to the development of professional skills.
