​​This communication exposes the main limitations detected in university teaching at the Faculty of Education (University of Barcelona), Social Science Didactics area. Teaching innovation projects coherently designed to solve educational problems are described. Innovative interventions with good results highlight the need to influence global and competency training processes.​
