Some classical interpretations of education theory: a singular approach in the context of recession

This article presents a series of reflections on the need and value in current educational practice of certain classical pedagogical concepts. The reflections are the result of personal experience as a teacher of education theory subjects, and are therefore subjective. However, they have persisted for a time and have been discussed with other lecturers in the same field. Clearly, they are open to criticism and modification: they are given as a hypothesis and are therefore flexible. Although this article aims to provide some material foundations for education in the XXI century in the current socioeconomic context, it should be approached from the following perspective: the intention was to make proposals, in order to share, question and continue to reflect together
