Teachers training in Earth Sciences and implementation of Learning&Service (LS) metodology

We present an experience in training Earth Sciences teachers on the teaching methodology of Service-Learning (SL). In Earth Sciences, as well as in other academic fields, training trainers is a crucial element in promoting university teaching innovation through the SL methodology. Our teacher tr Geologia, Ciències de la Terra, Formació del Professorat, Aprenentatge-Servei (ApS).aining program has been practical and applied, with presentation of success stories and the active participation of the involved students. Following this training, a number of teachers have successfully incorporated SL projects into their subjects and teaching projects.
