Abstract
In this commentary, we proceed to analyze the existing dialogues between jurisprudence and judicial doctrine prior to the 2021 labor reform and the reformist legislator when addressing the modification of art. 15 ET, in relation to fixed-term contracts, which in some cases have even been expressly recognized by the Statement of Reasons of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021.
