Resum
Aquest article té com a objectiu contrastar les percepcions de professionals de l’àmbit socioeducatiu que ofereixen suport a persones amb discapacitat intel·lectual en contextos d’habitatge diferents a Catalunya. S’han recollit les percepcions de diversos professionals sobre les funciones que desenvolupen, el paper de la persona que rep el suport en la presa de decisions sobre aspectes que les afecten, la seva xarxa social i el seu rol en la inclusió social de les persones que reben suport. Les dades s’han recollit mitjançant entrevistes semiestructurades i un grup focal, i han estat analitzades seguint estratègies d’anàlisi de contingut temàtic. Els resultats indiquen la voluntat dels professionals d’avançar en pràctiques de suport basades en l’escolta activa de les persones, en la potenciació de la seva autonomia i en el compromís amb el respecte a les seves decisions. També se subratllen les principals barreres amb què es troben per oferir suport personalitzat, i en el cas de la llar-residència, l’elevat nombre de persones que comparteixen habitatge. El conjunt de professionals valoren la necessitat d’emprendre més accions per potenciar la xarxa social de les persones que reben suport
