Participació dels treballadors i riscos psicosocials en el context de la gestió algorísmica i la intel·ligència artificial

Aquest article fa una anàlisi dels sistemes de gestió de treballadors basats en intel·ligència artificial (GTIA) en relació amb els riscos psicosocials dels treballadors i el paper de les estructures de representació dels treballadors en la prevenció d’aquests riscos. Es basa en la literatura existent per examinar les conseqüències derivades de la GTIA i investiga com els representants dels treballadors poden prevenir i mitigar els resultats no desitjats. No obstant això, la representació dels treballadors pot enfrontar-se a obstacles a causa de la naturalesa poderosa però enigmàtica de la GTIA, així com l’equilibri de poder entre empresaris i empleats per sector.
