EXPERIMENTACIÓ AMB INSTRUMENTS VIRTUALS PER METODOLOGIES D’AUTOAVALUACIÓ EN GRANS GRUPS Aplicació del taller virtual del Moodle en ensenyaments d’Educació i Comunicació

We present an experience based on-line tools to allow the evaluation of large groups of students. We worked with two groups of students at the University Rovira i Virgili: 310 undergraduate students of Education, and 110 students of Communication. The instruments that we used, Moodle workshop and Moodle online forms, helped us to develop a new continuous assessment process that is learningoriented. The aim is to provide an assessment process as an effective alternative to traditional qualification methods that turns out to be useless in the continuous assessment of large groups of students.
