This study addresses the issue of development of children's drawings from an updated perspective. Delving into the places where it is possible that new expressive and communicative resources are captured. Resources gradually incorporated into the children's creations, from 7 years old.
The main objective of this research is to identify the influences of Visual Culture from television in children's drawings.
The research takes place in a shared process with students of the subject "Didáctica de la Educación Plástica y Visual de la Educación Primaria". Some visual results, collected and analysed with those students, show the influences that alter an alleged "natural" course in the evolution of children's drawings. It is possible by a Visual Arts Based Educational Research.
The findings show the contributions of this work: creating new looks to the infant representations; the type of items, from references in Visual Culture, which are incorporated in children's drawings; consideration of future teachers to harness the motivating power of Visual Culture in their classes
