Abstract
El Real Decreto Ley 32/2021 persigue la consecución de un claro objetivo: reducir el empleo de las modalidades contractuales laborales, pues se es consciente de que la lucha contra la precariedad pasa inexorablemente por acabar con el trabajo precario y, por supuesto, fomentar la formación del individuo.
Esta reforma ha impactado también en el sector público, ámbito este que afronta un serio problema de temporalidad. A través de estas líneas, tratamos de dibujar el panorama contractual laboral temporal que nos ha traído la reforma y otras que impactan específicamente en el sector público.
