ICT as an instrument for conciliation, mediation and arbitration (CCMA) in the labour sector

In the labour arena, where Law is available, workers can resolve their disputes through labour Law jurisdiction or by alternative methods of conflict resolution (ADR).
Access to justice is evolving dramatically, having shown the capacity of ICT and ADR to meet social demand of justice.
Mediation has conquered collective labour relations sector and is now starting to play a crucial role in the resolution of individual labour conflicts, as the parties right to resolve their disputes through suitable and informal means.
