In this article, the author presents the model of open access journals as the model to disseminate scientific research more effectively. Furthermore his arguments are focused on the self improvement and dissemination of research in social performance and the creation of products and services. The study centers on three aspects: the growth of open access journals, which are the levels of quality and what their way of financing and support.
