The historic stay in health care resources for people with mental disorders has been a significant delay in the development of specialized educational resources according to their properties. The recruitment of these persons into the society became as a result of the «deinstitutionalization» (closure of psychiatrics). In recent years, the regions have begun, tentatively, to provide an educational response to this group, but there are still undefined terms such as students waiting for being evalu-ated, routes for being defined, resources for being designed and teachers and managers for being awared.
