Abstract

The person is the centre ande the value which our activity resolves around. We try to keep this in mind in the organisational field, in the management of the staff and volunteers. This means giving the peron the pre-eminents place. to contrast the chronic illness of the condition of the homeless seems, in our eyes, to be the logical consequence of the value we start off with. We are trying to say that if we want tot take the person into considerations, we must not reduce people to just a set of needs. Before the need comes the people, and we must never forget them in all their entirety.
