Resum

Créixer en un entorn d’abusos i maltractaments és un important factor de risc per al desenvolupament de múltiples conseqüències adverses, si bé hi ha infants que aconsegueixen superar aquesta experiència i convertir-se en adults capaços, sans i integrats. La resiliència dóna explicació a aquesta realitat però cal saber quines variables la componen i, especialment, com podem ajudar a desenvolupar-la. El suport davant la revelació de l’abús i una atenció especialitzada i adequada a les necessitats de les víctimes són dues variables que, com a professionals, hem de tenir en compte a l’hora d’intervenir en aquests casos.
