ICT and special education: intervention with The Grid 2 in a case of Brain Paralysis

The incorporation of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to educational centers is, nowadays, becoming a reality. Using technologies as a way to increase, to keep or to improve functional capacities is a common habit when deeling with dissabled people (Alcantud & Soto, 2003). ICT creates big advantages to education, as the individual accessibility to the learning process. This article describes a technology, The Grid 2, as a tool to help, and its application and its functionality for a student who has brain paralysis enrolled in a special needs school.
