The convergence toward a European Higher Education Area (EHEA), the implementation of the model called European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), and the development and democratisation of ICT together create a need to adapt education and find methodologies that more adequately respond to the new situations and contexts. This article presents a project in support of the use of ICT as core tools in the delivery of subjects falling under Teaching and School Organisation. In the project, ICT are also viewed as a key element to improve the quality of the teaching-learning process in the context of the ECTS pilot experience. The article sets out the most significant results, from the student perspective, achieved by the pilot conducted in two-year period 2004-2006.
