The flipped classroom methodology is an approach that has been applied for more than 10 years across various teaching models (Somaa & Somaa, 2024). In this method, the time designated for self-study and the time spent on content taught in class are reversed.
In this context, as part of the final project for the Lifelong Learning Master's Degree Certificate in University Lecturing for New Lecturers at the University of Barcelona, we propose an improvement to a current flipped classroom model that has not been successful using artificial intelligence to optimise the time invested in the process.
