Rethinking the profession from training and practice: The External Practices in the Pedagogy degree

This paper presents the innovations being made in the subject of External Practices of Pedagogy Degree from the University of Barcelona. To do this, we present the importance of Reflective Practice Seminars. We also present the rethinking of competence development from all the parts involved, also the participation of all actors (faculty mentors, students and tutors from practice organizations), and the results of the actions (and projects) to improve the professional profile of future graduate in Pedagogy.
