Citacions d’autors medievals i gènesi de Sol, i de dol

Sol, i de dol (1947) by J.V. Foix is a modern book that shows the important knowledge the author had of medieval poetry. The quotations of medieval poetry as well as the recreation of Petrarch, March and Jordi de Sant Jordi prove it. This article aims to demonstrate that the configuration of the book (with sections and quotations) took place in 1935-1936 or previously and that the medieval recreation might have started in 1928, but not before. Secondly, the article includes some considerations regarding the typescript and its vicissitudes between 1936 and 1938.
