Abstract
El juzgado de lo Social nº 9 de Sevilla reconoce como accidente de trabajo la caída sufrida por la persona teletrabajadora en su domicilio tras precipitarse desde unas escaleras de su domicilio cuando se disponía a coger una botella de agua. Tras evaluar el marco jurídico sobre la única controversia objeto del procedimiento, la calificación o no como accidente de trabajo el sufrido en el domicilio, el Juzgado de lo Social ratifica que los hechos que dieron lugar a la baja por IT ocurrieron en tiempo y lugar de trabajo.
