The Revista de Historia Industrial is a quarterly scientific journal published by the Centre d'Estudis "Antoni de Capmany" of the Universitat de Barcelona. Its field of interest is economic and business history, with special preference for industrial activities. It publishes articles on any historical period and region, but with special attention to Spain, Mediterranean Europe and Latin America during the eighteenth to twentieth centuries. Selection of articles is done by double anonymous peer review. The journal is indexed in the main repositories of social sciences and, since 2009, in the Social Sciences Citation Index (JCR / SSCI).
