El uso de los dispositivos móviles durante el cuidado de niños en los parques infantiles

With the advent of mobile devices - smartphones and tablets - a new phenomenon called technoference, that is, technological interference, is taking place. Given their ubiquity, these devices are available to everyone and, through the growth of Internet connections, they are sometimes consulted in a somewhat abusive way. This abuse interferes with daily life: they interrupt relationships, the tasks that are unfolding at that moment. There are many cases: it could be walking on the sidewalk, driving, attending class or, as is our goal, attending to the children (or caring children) who need extra care in the playground. In particular, our study focuses on the interruption, on the interference that these mobile devices exert on people in these parks. This behavior, for example, may be the cause of a child who may suffer an accident. In any case, and more usually, children lose significant interactions with their parent or caregiver.
