This paper presents the results of a study on employment discrimination suffered by teachers of Spanish as a Foreign Language in Spain. To reach our aim, an exhaustive bibliographic review and a quantitative research have been done. An open-ended questions survey has been used as a research instrument. The data analysis method will be based on the coding of thematic clusters with the QDA Miner Lite software. The main factors of discrimination that have been documented, in this order, are age (whether due to youth or maturity), gender identity, provenance, family situation, and sexual orientation, among others.
