The 2012 labour counter reformation

This paper describes how the 2012 labour reform -Law 3/2012 of July 6 on urgent measures to reform the labour market which entered into force on 8 July 2012- reorganizes the industrial relations and reconfigures the normative powers in such a way that it is, in fact, a counter reformation.
