Labour Reform of 2012 has significantly enlarged the employer's faculty to increase or decrease the number of hours initially hired and to change the distribution of them meaning and increase of employer's possibility of schedule changes. This increased flexibility in response to business interests contrasts with the major limitations stipulated when working time adjustments pursue avoiding work-family conflict.
