Contribució al coneixement dels heteròcers de l’estany de Banyoles (Insecta: Lepidoptera)

Contribution to the knowledge of the heterocera of the Banyoles lake (Insecta: Lepidoptera). The author presents the faunistical and corological list obtained after having made, during 1994, eight monthly prospections (from April to November) in three diferent places of the lacustrine zone situated just near the shore of the Banyoles lake. A total of 1199 specimens, belonging to 202 species and 13 different Heterocera families, were detected. The Noctuidae, amounting 88 species and 670 specimens, constitute the best represented family.
The nocturnal lepidoptera of the Banyoles lake area, contrary to many other catalan marshes, had never been assiduously surveyed before.
