With the reform of the Organic Law of the Judicial Power the Communication Office of the General Council of the Judicial Power was created. It is in charge of managing corporate communication according to the established in the Communication Protocol of Justice of 2015. In this communication policy social networks are considered as a mechanism of direct communication with society. Consequently, this research aims to analyze the rhetorical and discursive model of the GCJP in social networks. It is verified that the digital activity in networks is testimonial and scarcely dialogical and some lines of action are proposed to increase the levels of bidirectionality and interactivity between Justice and citizenship.
