In this context, the right to be forgotten on the Internet arises as the need to grant users the elimination of indexed information. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 guides the right to be forgotten for the first time in Europe. As a result, search engines such as Google are forced to update their regulations to ensure the right to delete information that users consider harmful.
