Legislative report on European Union. Second half of 2023

The text includes provisions on the uses, the linguistic rights and the legal system of the language published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) between July 1st and December 31st, 2023. The order of the provisions cited is that in which they have been published in the OJEU, and, as to the ECJ’s case law, the date in which the rulings were pronounced. The acronym EEA corresponds to the European Economic Area, an area of commercial integration which unites the European Union (EU) with Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein in a single internal market.
