This paper is the result of a research borned from concern, reflection and teaching practice in learning process at Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro Law School. We present the problem generated by Civil law, particulary from teaching Civil Code legal institutions as a standardizing sexuality criteria, that as a consequence of analysis and discussion on the subject absence. We introduce Queer theory’s principles as a thinking alternative to the teaching of Law. Here, we proponents propose Queer theory as a methodological tool of legal didactic to generate new ways of a law approaching in classroom, but mainly, to form sensitive and committed professionals to social realities, as well as the significant relationship between sexuality and Law.
