SiletCava (‘SIStema Lector de Tarjetas’, target reading system) it’s an
app developed by the SARTI group, born from an initiative of the
‘Consejo Regulador del Cava’ (Cava regulatory board), created specifically
as a tool to supervise the harvesting process in real time.
The main objective of this tool is to control the grape production at
the cellars outside of Catalonia in a centralized way from the CRC
headquarters at Vilafranca del Penedès. The SiletCava app allows
sending real time data from the cellars automatically to the CRC,
controlling the amounts produced by every winegrower during the
harvest period.
