Review of the 1st Conference on Civil, Commercial and Bankruptcy Mediation

On 7 October this year, the 1st Conference on Civil, Commercial and Bankruptcy Mediation, linked to the Civil, Commercial and Bankruptcy Mediation specialization course offered by the UOC’s Law and Political Science Department, was held at the UOC’s main campus building.
The conference aimed to inform about, debate and promote mediation as an effective via for resolving many problems arising in private law and for which the judicial system does not provide an adequate response.
