L’objectiu de l’article és mostrar les darreres tendències dogmàtiques i político-criminals en el tractament de la pornografia infantil per part del Dret penal, centrant-se en la darrera reforma penal que el govern espanyol va posar en marxa en setembre de 2013 i sobre la base de la hipotètica transposició de la Directiva 2011/92/UE.
