Temporality and the processes of stabilisation in public employment describe a very complex reality subject to changing regulatory frameworks and numerous hermeneutical controversies, without forgetting the impact of oscillating budgetary availability thereon.


The "5th Conference on Social Security and the Labour Law", held on November 13, 2018 at the UOC's institutional headquarters in Barcelona, aimed to address the newest and most hotly-debated issues in this field through 4 presentations, which were delivered by distinguished representatives from the fields of academia and the judiciary.
