Data-driven UX design to optimize Overlays in streaming

The main objective of this research is to analyse the impact of the use of UX-based overlays in live broadcasts through the IVEON brand in order to understand their influence on the performance of content creators. The research methodology is quantitative by conducting two types of surveys. The first consists of determining the study variables through the preferences of design users, in order to identify trends. The second is based on longitudinal repeated measures surveys that allow us to verify, through statistical analysis of the data, the variation in the metrics of the streamers in their live broadcasts. Aspects that influence variation were examined. The results obtained contribute to the advancement of knowledge on the relevance of graphical elements in the design and creation of content.
