Inmigración y educación para la ciudadanía democrática: una oportunidad para el desarrollo profesional

We describe and dicuss here certain issues that have been mentioned in the debates related to nationality, citizenship and the Education For Citizenship’ school subject. We suggest that it have been both or tendency to integrate and a tendency to distcust of an education related to national forms of citizenship. This blurred image has led us to loose opportunities in the construction of an education related to multinational and multicultural societies. We propose ways of professional development connected with this characterization of citizenship.
