The articles that we present in this monograph are the result of the project Memòria i patrimoni de l'exili a l'Euroregió (1936-1945) carried out between January 2020 and December 2021 led by the Carles Pi i Sunyer Foundation and in which the University of the Balearic Islands, the Université Toulouse Capitole (Département des Langues et Civilisations), the Exile Memorial Museum of La Jonquera, the Center for Studies on Dictatorships and Democracies-UAB, the Municipal Archives of Agde (Hérault) participated as members. and the University of Valencia.
