In the paper presents a teaching experience, conducted in a foreign language class in college. The activity was the creation of a (false) information implicating an entire group of students. It was to perform a creative task based on the proposition that learning a foreign language not only have to consider language skills, but the use of technological tools in a targeted task, helping to develop a series of transversal competences they must also be present in learning a foreign language. It was also considered that, by its nature, the proposed activity would facilitate learning in context,
which is made possible with the technologies effectively.
