ABSTRACT: In this paper we present a review of the most outstanding studies on the origin of moral consciousness from a philosophical view, grounded on psychological basis. Our times are full of moral disorientation, for this reason it is necessary to delve into the study of the foundations of Ethics and Morality, focusing on the genesis of moral consciousness in human beings, in order to legitimize all ethics and morals.
