Mal i simbolisme

En aquest article, el professor Lluís Duch aborda una qüestió fonamental en l’antropologia: el mal. Partint de la reflexió de Paul Ricoeur sobre la simbòlica del mal, explora els diversos significats que té el mal en la vida humana a través del seu mètode antropològic que articula dialècticament l’estructura i la història. Enfront de la magnitud del mal en el món, l’antropòleg proposa una ètica de l’alteritat, del descentrament, de la resposta enfront del mal després d’explorar la raó del mal a través de la visió del demoníac de Paul Tillich.

ABSTRACT: In this article, Prof. Lluís Duch tackles a fundamental issue in anthropology: evil. From Paul Ricoeur’s reflection on evil symbolism, he examines the different meanings that evil has in human life through his anthropological method that dialectically arranges structure and history. In front of the magnitude of evil in the world, the anthropologist proposes ethics of otherness, of decentralization, of the response in front of evil after examining the reason for evil through Paul Tillich’s vision of the demonic.
