The article "Educating for Diversity: An Intersectional and Anti-Racist Look at the Inclusive School" highlights the importance of inclusive education in a diverse and plural society. This education has to address the multiple identities of students and fight racial discrimination to promote equal opportunities. It is pointed out that racism still exists in schools and calls for changes in the curriculum, teacher training and equality policies. In addition, the need to promote empathy, communication and challenging racial stereotypes is highlighted. Adapting instruction and individualized support are key to addressing students' unique needs. Finally, the importance of celebrating diversity and promoting inclusive leadership in schools is highlighted to empower students as advocates for inclusion and anti-racism. The article concludes that inclusive intersectional and anti-racist education is essential for an equitable society and
urges the collaboration of all actors to achieve this vision in schools and society in general.
