Performance and innovative leadership: Overcoming alienation through organisational learning

The study analyses how Human Resources Management in the digital age must balance technological innovation with ethics. It emphasises the importance of transformational leaders who inspire and motivate their teams, promoting a culture of creativity and continuous learning. Organisational Learning is essential for constant adaptation and innovation, reducing alienation at work and improving employee performance. The incorporation of digital technologies into Human Resource Management presents both opportunities and challenges, such as ethical and privacy issues. The study, with 312 participants, concludes that ethical and innovative strategies are key to creating inclusive and sustainable work environments, enabling companies to thrive in the digital age.
