Hemos de considerar toda una excepción a aquella persona que no ha ojeado al menos alguna vez los anuncios de empleo en prensa. La mayo ría de las veces, los trabajadores utilizan este medio para la búsqueda acti va de empleo, y otras veces, hacen uso de ellos para saciar su curiosidad de conocer los ofrecimientos que hacen las empresas de determinados puestos. En este último caso, estos lectores son considerados buscadores potenciales o pasivos de empleo.
