En este artículo nos proponemos trazar un recorrido, necesariamente parcial, por algunas miradas a la encrucijada conceptual basura/Internet desde las prácticas artísticas latinoamericanas contemporáneas interesadas en la tematización de la red como gran fenómeno sociocultural de nuestra era. Los desechos derivados de nuestra actividad online se convertirán en estas obras en un lugar de enunciación desde donde reflexionar sobre la otredad y las nociones socialmente construidas de lo propio, lo útil y lo deseable.
