Ley de turismo de la República Popular China : $b protección y control

The article discusses some aspects of China's 2013 Tourism Law. First, it briefly describes the context and evolution of the policy measures developed for tourism development; second, it deals with the main aspects related to the protection of tourists' rights and their control. In this sense, the inclusion of obligations for tourists to carry out "civilized tourism" is especially noteworthy. Finally, the relationship of tourism with poverty and with minorities and the promotion of "red tourism" are explained. The law is included in an annex.
