Les polítiques d'ocupació en el marc de les metamorfosis de la norma social del treball

The issue concerning the present development of labour conditions is directlyrelated to the conditions of the ongoing crisis but also to wage and employmentregulations. This paper focuses on the genealogy of the current Spanish wagestandards for employment. The different historical formative, transformationaland crisis periods are reviewed, including the final period known as“flexibilization”, which, as will be argued, represents the introduction of a newsocial order, different to the wage era, that as such belongs to the neoliberal(counter) revolution that we are witnessing in the last three decades.
