Through the analysis of the changes that have occurred in areas such as the structure of collective bargaining, the concurrence of collective agreements or the new regulation about extended validity the paper exposes the effects for Spanish collective bargaining system. As conclusions is noticed that legal reform has led to a weakening of collective autonomy as a regulatory tool for working conditions and labour relations system also it is noted that the weakening of the binding force of the agreement may cause a double process of individualization and segmentation of the working conditions.
